Did anyone watch Fox’s spin-off to “FAMILY GUY”, “THE CLEAVELAND SHOW” and if so, was it good?

I MISSED IT! Or was it not on yet? Did I miss 1 or 2 episodes?
I am obsessed with “Family Guy” so I think that I’d really like this new show. So, is Cleveland not on “Family Guy” anymore because if so, it won’t be the same at the local pub (isn’t it called like “The (something) Clam”) without the four of the them!
ANYWAYS! If I missed it, can I watch the full episode on FOX or another website?
Is it on before or after “Family Guy”!
And last but not least (sorry for 100 questions here), what would you rate it 1-10 (like 10 being super hilarious and 1 just really stupid)????????
THANKS!!!!!!!!!

On a 1-10 scale, what would you rate FOX’s “FAMILY GUY” and the new spin-off “THE CLEAVLAND SHOW”?

I’m a huge “Family Guy” fan and I’d give it a 9. I’ve been so busy though that I haven’t gotten to check out Cleavland’s show. Is it not as funny, about the same, or even more funny? And does Fox have “The Cleveland Show” on its website so I can check out a full episode?
THANKS!

will They still make New Family Guy episodes when The Cleveland Show is coming out?

Full House TV Show

May 29th, 2010 Larry No comments

Full House was a dramatic comedy TV show that aired on ABC for eight seasons and 189 episodes! It was about a father (Danny Tanner, played by Bob Saget) who had lost his wife when she was run over by a drunk driving his car! He simply couldn’t care for his three daughters the way that he wanted to because he had to work to support them so he asked his number one pal (Joey Gladstone played by Dave Coulier) and his wife’s brother (Jesse Katsopolis played by John Stamos to help him out and ensure that his girls always had someone around who truly cared about them. In the second season, the sweet and beautiful wife of Jesse (Becky Donaldson played by Lori Loughlin) joined the show and offered Danny’s girls the mother figure that they so badly needed.
Audiences loved all of the characters on Full House but the one that was definitely most beloved was Michelle Tanner who was just barely over one-year-old when the series began and was nearly nine-years old when ABC took it off the air. It was seeing that character transformed from a baby into a young girl for so many years that made viewers feel like they were a part of the Full House family! Add to the fact that Michelle was played by two twin sister (Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen) and you might see why many fans found Full House irresistible! Mary-Kate and Ashley’s mother in real life actually wanted to pull them off the show after the first year in order to give them a “normal” youth. The show’s producers must have had nervous breakdowns when they heard that the twins who were responsible for a very significant percentage of Full House’s viewership were going to leave! They quickly offered a dramatic increase in the twins salary and mom just couldn’t refuse!
The main reason for audiences “sticking around” for the entire eight seasons of Full House was that the characters became almost like real friends and family! Who wouldn’t like having a totally devoted father like Danny Tanner or a really cool uncle Jesse or an adopted uncle Joey that you could depend on whenever dad wasn’t around? And we actually watched the Full House kids grow up! We first met Michelle Tanner as a 6-month-old baby and watched her grow into a sweet 8-year-old! Steph Tanner matured from a mere 5-years-old into a teenager. D.J. Tanner literally blossomed from a 10-year-old child into a young woman in her last year of high school!
Let us not forget another important Full House character. Becky Donaldson joined the show in the 2nd season as Danny’s co-host on his morning TV show and soon began dating Jesse. She brought a much needed female touch to the show providing Jesse (eventually) with a wife, the other guys with a female influence and the Tanner girls with a much needed mother figure. In the 5th season, Becky also gave birth to twin sons and Full House again had baby twins on the show!
After being cancelled by ABC, a brand new network called “The WB” actually wanted to purchase the rights to Full House and keep it on the air! John Stamos was the first to announce that he wouldn’t sign for a 9th season. He didn’t like being “saved” by a new, minor network and felt he’d rather leave the series with his head held high. Then Candace Cameron said that she wouldn’t sign because she wanted to attend college. There wasn’t really any desire to go on from the other players either as literally all of the cast and writers refused to sign with the WB.
Well, everything good in life must eventually come to an end! There aren’t many shows that grab a viewers’ soul like Full House did and fans will eagerly await their next chance at enjoying such a delightful family series!

Review Of 90210 Tv Show

May 21st, 2010 Larry No comments

Remember those days in the nineties? Beverly Hills 90210 TV show was a hit. Shanon Dougherty was THE babe and Luke Perry was the man. Well, there’s a new season of the show. And it’s a whole new cast. The look of this reboot has a nineties feel mixed with modern sleekness and tempered with the same old glamour high life that the series is known for. Some has called it the Sarah Palin of shows, because it’s an eye candy that seems to be as empty headed as it is cute. This will be without a doubt another one of those teen idol making machines. All the Stars here, just as in the original series, are young, new, fresh, good looking. The only question that is left to be answered in time is whether they will actually have break through careers. From What I can tell, the series is off to a pretty slow start. It’s as corny as the original and unfortunately, that’s already been played out so many times before that audiences might not be able to respond very well to this. The first episode of the original Beverly Hills 90210 TV show was not organic. It just creates many possible conflicts and story lines so that it can give viewers many things to choose from. They’ll just play up the one factor (actor and story line) which is most loved by the fans. So that’s just how the pop machine operates. It’s quite lacking of any substance. But as it goes on, maybe we’ll see at least something juicy. Here’s the new basic plot. It’s basically about the Wilson family, a family from little old Kansas who moves into big ole Beverly Hills. It is headed by the dad played by Rob Estes and the mom played by Lori Loghlin. Then there is of course the daughter played by Shenae Grimes from the hit teen show Degrassi the next generation. But then all she ever does is to squint her eyes whenever she’s feeling any emotion whatsoever, whether it is sadness, anger, cluelessness, or even joy. There’s also the son who turns out to be an adopted son. This is played by Tristan Wilds. That’s a given in most soap operas and it is a given here in the new 90210 TV show rife with clichés.Because of their Grandmother who owns some property in the golden Beverly Hills district, the family moves in to their new home and lifestyle. The grandmother is a drunken mess and a diva of course. Then at there is the school that Annie moves into. There is of course a cute guy there who she hates and whom she had met a few days back. And the guy was getting blown in the parking lot. I suppose this is the attempt of the 90210 TV show to be edgy and mature in content for a great shock effect.
