Is Family Guy the most overrated animation on TV?

The first 3 seasons were great! They should have stuck to that formula. The characters in my opinion had great chemistry and there was a prominent plot. Two characters they really ruined are Lois, Brian and Stewie. Why is Lois crazy all of a sudden, why is Brian a (racist at times) idiot and why isn’t Stewie trying to take over the world?
These days Family guy is virtually unwatchable. Its that full of flashback comedy you don’t even have to watch a full episode
The only good “new” episode to me is the one where Stewie finally kills Lois and holds the family hostage! Now thats the Family Guy i wanna see!
